The Myth buster


If you haven't heard..i'm addicted to chocolate. I always have my stash and if I don't then you'll know why I'm not being myself. Many people think chocolate is evil or bad for you but you know what... they just cant handle the luscious little miracle!
Time to deflate these myths about chocolate!!
-Eat it in moderation. Its ok to add some too your diet.
- Dark chocolate can decrease high blood pressure.
- chocolate doesn't cause cavities.. bad bacteria from all foods and drinks contribute to the forming of a cavity
- Chocolate helps to decrease stress
- makes you happy
- gives you energy
- increases good cholesterol
-protects the cardiovasular system
